Easter traditions of Attendorn
Let yourself be captivated by Attendorn's special Easter traditions. On Holy Saturday, the so-called Easter rolls are blessed at the parish church, which attracts heaps of visitors year after year. The highlight, however, are the Easter crosses, which are cut on Holy Saturday after the blessing of the bread rolls and measured on the Old Market Square before they are lit on Easter Sunday amid the ringing of bells.
